Ok, so this started when I left Colorado with strep throat and decided not to shave for a few days. Then I decided that I was going to grow a full beard in honor of the Minnesota Wild playoff hockey team. Then they lost, but I thought I'd keep on rockin' the beard. I was partially inspired by Joel and his nasty mexi-stash...
After two weeks of growing a beard (and people in my office wondering if I was recently addicted to meth or no longer cared about personal hygiene) Kristin made me shave it off. Little did she know that I wouldn't shave it completely...instead, this...
Yes, I wore this out in public for a night. Yes, my mother wanted to kill me when she saw me with it the next day! It's gone now...back to the norm.

Back to reality...
We were out in Colorado visiting our family a couple of weeks ago and now it's back to the real world. Averie and Hadley are growing up way too fast! I often feel as though I am missing too much of them growing up...they are little women already.
We also had a blast hanging out with Josh, Robin, Joel, Kari, and Mason. It is so good to get out to CO when we can. We always leave and talk about how we need to move out there and be with that part of the family. We miss you already!
